6 \u2013 PAYMENT
The price is payable when the order is placed. Online payments are processed through a secure system so that no third party can access the data transmitted in connection with the transaction.<\/p>

7 \u2013 DELIVERY
Deliveries are made to the address specified in the order form, within the geographical limits defined above. The total delivery time consists of up to 4 days for preparation and 2 days for shipping via Colissimo, excluding weekends and public holidays. The risks shall be borne by the Buyer once the order has left the Seller\u2019s premises. Any claim relating to damage occurring during transport must be submitted to the carrier within three (3) days of delivery by means of a substantiated complaint, with a copy sent to the Seller. The Buyer has the right to cancel the order in the event of a delay of more than fourteen (14) days. Refunds for the products or services, including outbound shipping costs, will be made upon receipt of the returned order in its original condition. Delivery Terms and Conditions:
For logistical reasons, MOULIN SAINT MICHEL cannot provide delivery services to the French overseas departments and territories (DOM-TOM).
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer when placing the order, within mainland France.
MOULIN SAINT MICHEL shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from delivery delays.
If a parcel is returned to the sender, redelivery will be made at the Customer\u2019s expense. Should the parcel be returned a second time, it will not be resent, and the amount of the order \u2014 including any additional delivery costs \u2014 will remain with MOULIN SAINT MICHEL.
Specific Delivery Terms and Conditions for the Monthly Box Service:
MOULIN SAINT MICHEL ships monthly boxes through a service provider to the delivery address indicated by the Customer when placing the order.
If the Customer wishes to change the delivery address, they must inform MOULIN SAINT MICHEL at least fifteen (15) days before the start of the month concerned by updating their information in their account.<\/p>

8 \u2013 WARRANTIES
All products and services provided are covered by the legal warranty set forth in Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code. In the event of non-conformity, the product may be returned to the Seller, who will take it back, exchange it, or refund it. All claims or requests for exchange or refund must be submitted in accordance with the procedures specified on the website, accompanied by a substantiated complaint and a copy of the invoice, within thirty (30) days of delivery.<\/p>

Right and Period of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.121-20 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the order, or from the date of subscription to the relevant purchase method, to return the ordered products at their own expense for a refund.
The products must be returned to MOULIN SAINT MICHEL.
Upon exercising the right of withdrawal, MOULIN SAINT MICHEL will reimburse the Customer within a maximum of thirty (30) business days from receipt of the returned products. The refund will be made by crediting the amount charged to the account associated with the Customer\u2019s bank card.
To exercise this right under the monthly box delivery service, the Customer must cancel the service within the above-mentioned period by sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the company\u2019s registered office.
The same withdrawal period applies from the date of receipt of each box. The return must be made at the Customer\u2019s expense, using the original box or packaging.
The packaging of the box must not be opened.
As the subscription involves the monthly delivery of a complete box, the right of withdrawal may only apply to the box as a whole.<\/p>

9 \u2013 LIABILITY
In the online sales process, the Seller is bound only by a best-efforts obligation. The Seller shall not be held liable for any damage arising from the use of the Internet, including data loss, intrusion, viruses, service interruptions, or other unintentional issues, nor for any event considered to be force majeure. The photographs accompanying the products are provided for illustrative purposes only and may not perfectly reflect the actual products, particularly with regard to color. In case of doubt or for any further information, the Customer is advised to contact the Seller.
